1) If working well but Bags leakage,your inside film not suitable .
You should use heatable film which have better Anti-pollution.
For example .LDPE is Moderate Anti-pollution,EVA have better Anti-pollution when more VA.

2) Sometimes , bags printing ink will influence heating function .
If your bags sealing not stronger but cannot find problem , you can check your bags ink Heat resistance.
pay attension , metal ink should not be printed in the heating sealing part.

3) Protect your Raw material film roll , not be moisture, or your bags sealing part will have bubble or not smooth.

4) about bags length and cutting error , refer to our Operation Manual .
