1)  Before you place an order of printing machine , you should know how many color you need .

we have 1 color - 10 color machine  . If you buy 4 color machine , you can print 1 color , 2 colors , 3 colors and 4 colors . 
also can print double side , For example 2+ 2 colors , 1+ 3 colors . 

2) Confirm your web size . 
    we have 600mm , 800mm, 1000mm , the largest we make is 3200mm . 
3) better confirm what material you want to print . 
     
   If is Paper , you need enlarge winders , and magnetic powder tension controller . 
   If is PP woven , you need Friction rewinder.

Electrical Part we had cooperated with good foreign brand, such as ABB, Yaskawa, Siemens, Airtac, NSK, Delta, Panasonic etc. And all our machine will do running test before shipping.
 
Question: Do you company provided foreign country machine installation services?
Answer: We have strong service team can provided all the machines buy from our company foreign country installation service and engineer training service. But buyer need provided the ticket, food, hotel cost etc.
 
Question: How your company provided after sales service?
Answer: All the machines buy from our company guarantee is one year (except any human mistake occurred) each machines we will give some spare parts free when shipping machines. Within guarantee machine parts damage, we will send to you free by express asap. If customer required engineer go to solve problem is possible.
